As usual after using the bicycle 4 10 min. I got off & walked 2 my table where I was going 2 have the E-Stem Machine put on me.
However, when they put the cream on my left knee 4 the E-Stem Machine I grabbed the table immediately & told the staff how much the pain hurt.
:( I think the staff & I agree my knee pain has gotten worse, not better while I have been coming 2 PT. :(
Right now I have my knee up on my pillow while I'm laying in my bed. Hopefully that will help with the pain cause walking hurts 2 much & so does standing. Although laying here also keeps giving me sharp, stabbing, shooting pain like I was having @ PT.
