Left Leg Weakness When Walking

4 the last 2 days I have had trouble walking, we'll let's say more trouble walking than usual. Because all of the sudden my knee will bend when it isn't supposed 2 & my leg will be made 2 feel like it's giving out on me.

I'm not sure if this is part of my Bursitis with my broken Meniscus or not but it causes alot more pain than usual when I walk.

I'm planning on calling the Dr. again 2morro & telling them what's going on 2 see what they say.

OBGYN Dr. Appt./High Blood Pressure

2day I went 2 a new Dr. appt. 2 an OBGYN 2 talk 2 him about why I am having such blinding migraines. When his Nurse took my blood pressure she 1rst took it twice then asked if I had high blood pressure. I said yes, usually the bottom # runs in the 80's-90's she said it was higher than that but she wasn't going 2 tell me what it was. She wanted me 2 go in the room & relax & she'd check it again. When she checked it again she told me part of my problem 4 my bad headaches was my high blood pressure which was 204/102. The Dr. was concerned & said if I don't get it down it it could cause a stroke. I'm going 2 follow up with my primary care physician.

Facebook Pages 4 My Blogs

I made a Blog about my life on Blogspot 4 2016 in Dec 2 start in Jan. & told people about it but people who aren't on Google or Google+ can't follow the Blogspot Blog or comment.

So I made a Blog on Wordpress so that people who can't follow and/or comment on my Blogspot Blog can follow or comment on my Wordpress Blog.

2day I then made Facebook Pages 4 my Blogspot Blog and my Wordpress Blog so that my Blog post links will be all in 1 place.

My Blog on Blogspot and WordPress will say the same information. They will be talking about my life, even if it is just talking about how much pain I'm in.

I'll also be blogging about things I play on Google Play which are Baby Adopter, Baby Adopter Sea, Baby Adopter Holidays, and Milky Baby.

Another thing I'll be blogging about is medical conditions I have which are Septo Optic Dysplasia, Nystagmus, Myofascial Pain Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Growth Hormone Deficiency, Hypotyroidism, Chiari Malformation, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Sensory Integration Issues, Diabetes Insipidus, and Type 2 Diabetes & how they affect me.

Welcome Back

On Oct. 1, 2015 I went 2 Courtesy Laundrymat & tried getting help from some employees there. Let's just say an employee name Tina was less than nice 2 me about having 2 help me due 2 my vision problems.

So on Nov. 19, 2015 I went 2 Derby St. Laundry Mat. It is a nice Laundrymat but there is no one there (nice or not) if you need help.

So on Jan. 21, 2016 I went back 2 Courtesy Laundrymat & 1 of the employees who I talked 2 about Tina on Oct.1, 2015 welcomed me back 2 Courtesy Laundrymat telling me Tina is no longer with them.

A Blogger's Dilemma

Right now I am going through a blogger's dilemma.

1 dilemma is on Dec. 28th 2015 I made a blog on wordpress 4 the 2016 year but I was having trouble sharing my posts & people were having trouble opening the links 2 my posts on google+ So on Dec. 31rst 2015 I created the Blogspot Blog

Another dilemma is now the only followers I can see is the 1 who has a Gmail account.

A 3rd dilemma is also people who don't have a Gmail email address are not able 2 comment on my post :( :( :( :( :(

& I don't how 2 fix the problems. UUGGHH!!!!!!

So do you think I should do 2 blogs with the same blog posts on them (1 on wordpress & 1 on blogspot) so that people with Google can comment on my blogspot blog & people without can comment on my wordpress blog. Also people on Google or. Google+ can open links from my blogspot blog & people without can open links from wordpress blog?

Blogger Post Comments

I've been making blog posts since the 1rst of January (actually December 31rst talking about starting the blog).

Since i've started the blog December 31 i've only had 1 person comment on 1 of my blog posts.

I'd like very much if more people would comment on my blog posts. That way their is more interaction on my blog.

My blog address is and you go 2 where it says follow by email @ the top right of the blog page.

Banana Nut Bread post from 1/17/16

Another recipe from the Crock Pot Recipe Book named Rival Crock Pot Stoneware Slow Cooker is Banana Nut Bread

This recipe 4 Banana Nut Bread has flour, sugar, eggs, ripe bananas, baking powder, baking soda, dark corn syrup, butter, walnuts, and salt

This is my 2nd attempt @ making the Banana Nut Bread. The 1rst time I made it is tried using light corn syrup instead of dark corn syrup. Both times I made the Banana Nut Bread i've left out the walnuts.

I haven't tasted the 2 loaves of Banana Nut Bread i've made Saturday January 16th, 2016 but they sure look good.

What do u think??

On Thursday January 14th, 2016 i felt sick 2 my stomach & had problems in the washroom.

Then Friday January 15th, 2016 I woke up with a headache that some1 said could be Migraine headaches. This is not the 1rst time i've gotten them. However, the headache I had was blinding & I was even more sensitive 2 noise.

The headache has since gone back down 2 my normal headache but the morning of January 15th, 2016 I was having 1 of my Migraine headaches or headaches from hell.

Where Are All My Followers At?

When some1 who has a Gmail email address follows this Blog it shows up under the list of followers but if people follow by email I unfortunately don't get notified who's following me :(

This is unfortunate 4 me because I would like 2 know how many followers I have 4 my Blog since only 1 person has commented on 1 Blog post even though I share every Blog post I make.

Sensory Integration Issues

I have Sensory Integration Issues. Part of having Sensory Integration Issues means i have very, very sensitive heariing. This means any kind of high pitched sounds like whistling REALLY hurts my ears.

Whenever I have 2 ride the CityLift Bus their is 1 Driver named Ben who likes 2 whistle alot & he 4gets that I can't handle the whistling. So I usually spend most of or the whole bus ride with my fingers in my ears or earplugs in my ears because of his whistling.

Unfortunately 4 me @ the end of the bus ride(s) I usually end up with more of a headache than usual. I have yet 2 fide a solution 2 this problem no matter how many times I remind him.

Yesterday I went 2 the Illinois Department of Human Services trying 2 drop off some paperwork. As I was @ the bottom of the ramp trying 2 walk up the ramp I heard some1 yell down asking if i needed some help. I said I was trying 2 go slow up the ramp so I didn't fall because of the snow & ice on the sidewalk. She said she knew that that's why she wanted 2 know if I needed help. I said sure. She quit smoking her cigarette & came 2 help me walk up the ramp.

I found out after that when we went inside her mom & sister were with her. When I saw her mom her mom, her mom noticed a tie on my pant leg that never stays tied wasn't tied so her mom tied it 4 me. I thanked her for both tying the pants leg tie & 4 Kaitlyn helping me.

I turned in my paperwork by myself & then Kaitlyn asked if I was ready 2 go back down. I said yes. She walked me all the way back down the ramp, being patient with me even though I was slow walking and her coat wasn't much heavier than mine.

On the way down the ramp she even asked if I had a ride picking me up so I wasn't just left there.

*****NOTE*****I know her name is Kaitlyn because when we were almost 2 the bottom of the ramp I told her my 1rst name after asking her hers.

Medical Conditions I Have

When I was born a month early the Dr performed a c-section since I had not turned & was feet first. I was jaundiced. The doctor sent Mom & I home after 8 days. Then the doctor checked again & I went back 2 the hospital 4 another 6 days 2 go under the bilirubin light. When I was about 5 weeks old Mom noticed my lips turning blue when I ate. Back 2 the hospital 4 pneumonia since my lungs wouldn't clear up. The doctors started 2 notice that my head was growing too fast. The day after Easter in 1978 I spent another week in the hospital 4 tests. It was @ that time that the doctors told my Mom that I may have hydrocehalus. 1 doctor told Mom & Dad that I may never see or I may gain some vision. I had alot of medical problems when I was little. My parents were told that I would never walk or talk & that I should be put in an institution. I was taken home after 8 days was home 1 day & back under the light 4 6 more days.

I have low vision, am short, obese, on all hormone supplements, learning disabled, have sensory integration issues, and obsessive compulsive tendencies, and fight depression. I also have Nystagmus and Asthma. My diabetes is controlled by Insulin.

I also have De Morsier Syndrome or Septo Optic Dysplasia. According to De Morsier Syndrome/Septo Optic Dysplasia is an extremely rare developmental disability that can become apparent in infancy, childhood or even as late as adolescence. It is characterized by vision problems that are due to the faulty development of some of the eye structures and nerves, low levels of certain hormones and abnormalities of some brain structures. Abnormalities associated with this syndrome may be structural, functional or both. The hormonal problems associated with this condition are due to dysfunction of the hypothalamus and pituitary. The hypothalamus is the part of the brain that controls many of the regulatory functions of the body; such as body temperature, heart and breathing rates and blood pressure. It also sends signals to the pituitary gland, which is responsible for releasing many hormones. Though some children with this condition have normal intelligence, many other children exhibit developmental delays and a range of learning problems. Females and males are equally affected by De Morsier Syndrome. Some signs and symptoms of De Morsier Syndrome that I have are involuntary eye movements due to inability of the eye to focus, low muscle tone, hormonal abnormalities, short stature due to growth hormone deficiency, weight problems, and fluctuations in blood sugar. Unfortunately, the cause of this syndrome is not yet known.

Information about my conditions

Nystagmus is a vision condition in which the eyes make repetitive, uncontrolled movements, often resulting in reduced vision. These involuntary eye movements can occur from side to side, up and down, or in a circular pattern. As a result, both eyes are unable to hold steady on objects being viewed. Nystagmus may be accompanied by unusual head positions and head nodding in an attempt to compensate for the condition.

Nystagmus can be inherited and appear in early childhood or develop later in life due to an accident or illness. Generally, nystagmus is a symptom of some other underlying eye or medical problem. However, the exact cause is often unknown.

Persons with nystagmus may experience reduced visual acuity. They may also have problems with depth perception that can affect their balance and coordination. Nystagmus can be aggravated by fatigue and stress. American Optometric Association

Myofascial Pain Syndrome  Myofascial pain syndrome is a chronic pain disorder. In myofascial pain syndrome, pressure on sensitive points in your muscles (trigger points) causes pain in seemingly unrelated parts of your body. This is called referred pain.

Myofascial pain syndrome typically occurs after a muscle has been contracted repetitively. This can be caused by repetitive motions used in jobs or hobbies or by stress-related muscle tension.

While nearly everyone has experienced muscle tension pain, the discomfort associated with myofascial pain syndrome persists or worsens. Treatment options for myofascial pain syndrome include physical therapy and trigger point injections. Pain medications and relaxation techniques also can help.

Fibromyalgia is a disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain accompanied by fatigue, sleep, memory and mood issues. Researchers believe that fibromyalgia amplifies painful sensations by affecting the way your brain processes pain signals.

Symptoms sometimes begin after a physical trauma, surgery, infection or significant psychological stress. In other cases, symptoms gradually accumulate over time with no single triggering event.

Women are much more likely to develop fibromyalgia than are men. Many people who have fibromyalgia also have tension headaches, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety and depression.

While there is no cure for fibromyalgia, a variety of medications can help control symptoms. Exercise, relaxation and stress-reduction measures also may help.

Growth hormone deficiency (GHD) is a medical condition, caused by problems arising in the pituitary gland, in which the body does not produce enough growth hormone(GH). Growth hormone, also calledsomatropin, is a polypeptide hormone which stimulates growth and cell reproduction.

Growth hormone deficiency has a variety of different negative effects at different ages; for example, in newborn infants, the primary manifestations may be hypoglycemia ormicropenis, while in later infancy and childhood, growth failure is more likely. Deficiency in adults is rare, but may feature diminished lean body mass, poor bone density, and a number of physical and psychological symptoms. Psychological symptoms include poor memory, social withdrawal, and depression, while physical symptoms may include loss of strength, stamina, and musculature. Other hormonal or glandular disorders frequently coincide with diminished growth hormone production.

The most common cause of GHD (representing two-thirds of cases) are pituitary and parasellar tumors. The origin of adult GHD may be congenital or acquired. Of those adult GHD that are acquired, roughly 15% are idiopathic, 50% are from pituitary tumors, 20% from extrapituitary tumors, and 5% from infiltrative or inflammatory lesions.

GH deficiency can be treated through growth hormone replacement, injections of growth hormone, or radiation or surgical treatment of tumors.

Hypothyroidism is a condition in which the body lacks sufficient thyroid hormone. Since the main purpose of thyroid hormone is to "run the body's metabolism," it is understandable that people with this condition will have symptoms associated with a slow metabolism. The estimates vary, but approximately 10 million Americans have this common medical condition. In fact, as many as 10% of women may have some degree of thyroid hormone deficiency. Hypothyroidism is more common than you would believe, and millions of people are currently hypothyroid and don't know it. For an overview of how thyroid hormone is produced and how its production is regulated, check out our thyroid hormone production page.

Chiari malformations (CMs) are structural defects in the cerebellum, the part of the brain that controls balance. Normally the cerebellum and parts of the brain stem sit in an indented space at the lower rear of the skull, above the foramen magnum (a funnel-like opening to the spinal canal). When part of the cerebellum is located below the foramen magnum, it is called a Chiari malformation.

CMs may develop when the bony space is smaller than normal, causing the cerebellum and brain stem to be pushed downward into the foramen magnum and into the upper spinal canal. The resulting pressure on the cerebellum and brain stem may affect functions controlled by these areas and block the flow of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)— the clear liquid that surrounds and cushions the brain and spinal cord—to and from the brain.

Obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD) is amental disorder where people feel the need to check things repeatedly, perform certain routines repeatedly, or have certain thoughts repeatedly. People are unable to control either the thoughts or the activities. Common activities include hand washing, counting of things, and checking to see if a door is locked. Some may have difficulty throwing things out. These activities occur to such a degree that the person's daily life is negatively affected.[1]Often they take up more than an hour a day.[2]Most adults realize that the behaviors do not make sense.[1]The condition is associated with tics, anxiety disorder, and an increased risk of suicide.[2][3]

The cause is unknown.[1]There appears to be some genetic components with both identical twins more often affected than both non-identical twins. Risk factors include a history of child abuse or other stress inducing event. Some cases have been documented to occur following infections. The diagnosis is based on the symptoms and requires ruling out other drug related or medical causes.[2] Rating scales such as the Yale–Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale can be used to assess the severity.[4]Other disorders with similar symptoms include: anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder, eating disorders, tic disorders, and obsessive–compulsive personality disorder.[2]

Treatment for OCD involves the use ofbehavioral therapy and sometimes selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). The type of behavior therapy used involves increasing exposure to what causes the problems while not allowing the repetitive behavior to occur.[5]Atypical antipsychoticssuch as quetiapine may be useful when used in addition to an SSRI in treatment-resistant cases but are associated with an increased risk of side effects.[6]Without treatment the condition often lasts decades.[2]

Obsessive–compulsive disorder affects about 2.3% of people at some point in their life.[7]Rates during a given year are about 1.2% and it occurs worldwide. [2]It is unusual for symptoms to begin after the age of thirty-five and half of people develop problems before twenty.[1][2]Males and females are affected about equally.[1]In English the phraseobsessive–compulsive is often used in an informal manner unrelated to OCD to describe someone who is excessively meticulous, perfectionistic, absorbed, or otherwise fixated.[8]

Sensory integration issues a condition in which the brain has trouble receiving and responding to information that comes in through the senses.

The condition used to be called sensory integration dysfunction.

Diabetes insipidus (die-uh-BEE-teze in-SIP-uh-dus) is an uncommon disorder characterized by intense thirst, despite the drinking of fluids (polydipsia), and the excretion of large amounts of urine (polyuria). In most cases, it's the result of your body not properly producing, storing or releasing a key hormone, but diabetes insipidus can also occur when your kidneys are unable to respond properly to that hormone. Rarely, diabetes insipidus can occur during pregnancy (gestational diabetes insipidus).

You may assume diabetes insipidus and diabetes mellitus — the more common form of diabetes involving blood sugar — are related. Although the disorders share a name and have some common signs, diabetes mellitus (type 1 and type 2) and diabetes insipidus are unrelated.

Treatments are available to relieve your thirst and normalize your urine output.

Type 2 Diabetes is a lifelong (chronic) disease in which there is a high level of sugar (glucose) in the blood. Type 2 diabetes is the most common form of diabetes.

Still Good People In The World Thank You Jason

Had about $23 in groceries 2 pay 4 @ Walmart 2day & cashiers kept having their lane closed sign out so I could not see it. One older cashier even had their sign upside down then turned it right side up & said their lane was closed when I said I didn't see the sign.

Once I finally found a lane that didn't have a lane closed sign out or didn't turn their sign right side up when it was upside down I told the cashier in my lane about being refused @ the checkout. She said "the other cashier should have taken you" "You don't have that much" I said "I know" A guy 2 people behind me named Jason heard our conversation & said "let me just pay 4 her groceries" so he stepped up 2 where I was he said "go ahead & let her take her stuff & add my stuff 2 it & i"ll pay 4 it all" I said "You don't have 2 do that" & the cashier said "nobody ever does that" but he did it anyway

*****Note***** I know his name is Jason because b4 leaving Walmart I stopped him again 2 thank him again & asked him his name.

Part of My Bursitis=A Broken Meniscus Blog Post from 1/6/15

Thinking I had an appointment with my primary care physician 2day I went 2 the Dr.'s Office & was told I had an appointment with another Dr instead. Since my primary care physician is so difficult 2 get in 2 I accepted the appointment anyway & went in.

The Dr. saw me & we talked about how I was diagnosed with Bursitis & I am still having a lot of pain. I showed her where the pain is & she said i have a broken Meniscus. She said surgery was not an option yet but wanted me 2 get a knee brace (which I got 2day) & do excercise (I told her I'm in PT)

-7 lbs in 1 month

I CANT BELIEVE I 4GOT 2 POST THIS!!!!! Yesterday I went 2 see my dietician that I also saw a month ago who is @ my Endocrine & Diabetes Dr.''s Office.

She weighed me yesterday just like she weighed me last month & she told me I lost 7 pounds. She asked me what I did 2 lose the weight & I told her I had no clue what I did.

I'm really excited cause this is the most weight i've lost in a while.

McDonald's Blueberry Muffins

One of the local McDonald's Restaurants in our town sells Blueberry Muffins @ their Restaurant. The other McDonald's Restaurant in our town unfortunately does not.

To say the muffins are good is an understatement. To say that I get excited when I find out the McDonald's Restaurant has the Muffins is also anunderstatement.

I always go there & ask how many they have left & buy the store out because since I don't drive I don't know when i'll be able 2 get back there

Diabetes Insipidus

I have Diabetes Insipidus so I am on a nose spray 4 that. However, if I don't get the nose spray taken correctly I have problems @ night & sometimes even during the day like I almost did last night.

My parents chose 2 have me.

My parents chose 2 have me. They are the cause of my medical problems not me!! They are the cause of my disabilities not me!! Therefore, they should help pay 4 their mistakes they made which means paying 4 things even if they don't want 2.

Saturday, January 2, 2016

I am in so much pain in my back, tailbone, knee, & shoulder to wrist it's ridiculous!! Therefore i'm on pain meds 4 the pain. However, the pain meds make me sleep @ different times during the day & night based on what time I take the pain meds. This makes it impossible 4 me 2 figure out when or if I am going 2 get sleep. I usually sleep alot during the day which as you intelligant people can probably figure out means I barely sleep @ night.

This is bad because their are things I would like 2 do but can't because of my messed up sleep schedule & pain. Such as yesterday & 2day when I wanted 2 cook things in my crock pot but didn't get them ready in time so i'll have 2 do it 2morro.
