Sometimes my neck makes a lot of popping & cracking noises, other times my neck makes only a few popping & cracking noises, & yet other times my neck doesn't make any popping & cracking noises @ all.
There are also times when I have 2 turn my head 2 the left & 2 the right real fast 2 crack my neck myself because if I don't & until i do then I get to have REALLY bad headaches that feel like my head is going 2 explode.
